Established in 1999
Before we became the world’s largest bartender school, we were a small team settled on the Greek island of Kos. Back then, our goal was to provide the island with skilled bartenders during the summer of 1999. But after we saw the benefits this brought to Kos’ hospitality industry, we thought "why not keep this going?"
Fast-forward to now, and we’ve grown to become a top franchise made up of 30+ bartender schools across five continents. As the EBS family keeps expanding globally, we work to help new franchisees make a name for themselves in their local industry.

World-class training
Our four-week course is recognised as the most developed bartender programme in the industry. Designed to give students six months’ experience in just four weeks, the curriculum combines practical training and theory – with plenty of activities and competitions in between. The International Bartender Course is the heart and soul of EBS and all our franchisees are trained to deliver it.
